At Clan Davidson Designs, every piece is handcrafted with care. We want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.

 

📦 Dispatch

 

  • All orders are shipped on the day of completion.
  • Custom and made-to-order items will be dispatched as soon as they are finished.

 

🚚 Delivery Service

 

  • We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all UK orders.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually delivers the next working day, but this is not guaranteed and may vary during peak periods.

 

🌍 International Shipping

 

  • We are delighted to offer international delivery.
  • International orders are sent via a tracked and signed-for service.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but most parcels arrive within 7–14 working days.
  • Please note: customs charges, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

⏱️ Delays

 

While we do everything we can to ensure speedy delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (postal strikes, customs, adverse weather, etc.). We cannot be held liable for these delays but will always help track your parcel.

 

📮 Lost or Missing Parcels

 

  • If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us with your order details.
  • We will investigate with Royal Mail.
  • A replacement or refund will be issued if the parcel is confirmed lost.

 

💍 Packaging

 

  • All items are securely packaged and presented in our branded keepsake boxes or tins.
  • Extra care is taken with memorial jewellery to ensure safe and discreet delivery.

 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

 

  • As our jewellery is often bespoke, personalised, or made with precious inclusions, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is faulty.
  • If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to put it right
